Our inspection process is designed to verify that each unit meets the condition and grade represented in its listing. We evaluate the following five key areas: Structural Integrity — We inspect the container’s walls, corner posts, frame, and major structural components for significant damage, deformation, or other concerns. Roof & Weather Protection — We examine the roof and exterior panels for holes, openings, excessive corrosion, or conditions that could compromise protection from the elements. Doors, Seals & Locking Hardware — Doors, hinges, locking rods, handles, and rubber seals are checked to ensure proper operation and condition. Floor Condition — The interior flooring is inspected for excessive wear, damage, moisture-related deterioration, or other issues that may affect normal use. Interior & Exterior Condition — We conduct a complete visual inspection of the interior and exterior, including signs of water intrusion, major dents, rust, contamination, or other conditions relevant to the container’s advertised grade.
