1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer secure and convenient payment options for your shipping container purchase. You can select your preferred payment method when completing your order:

  • Wire Transfer: We accept payments via secure bank wire transfer. Once your order is received, we will provide a Proforma Invoice with our official banking details and payment instructions.
  • ACH Transfer: Customers may also pay via ACH bank transfer using the banking information provided on the Proforma Invoice.

Please note: For security and verification purposes, payment must be made using the official banking details provided directly by our company. We will confirm receipt of payment before processing and scheduling your order for shipment.

2. Payment Security

Your financial security is our priority. To protect your data, we implement the following:

  • SSL Encryption: Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal and payment information during transmission. Look for the “lock” icon in your browser’s address bar to verify our secure connection.

3. Billing Terms & Total Price

To ensure there are no surprises, we adhere to a strict “Total Price” transparency model:

  • Item Price: The price listed on the product page is the base cost of the container.
  • Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on eligible container orders within the Lower 48 states. Where applicable, this will be reflected clearly at checkout.
  • Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your delivery address and displayed clearly in your order summary before you confirm payment.
  • Transparent Pricing: We do not charge standard “fuel surcharges,” “payment processing fees,” or “handling fees” beyond the totals shown at checkout for eligible standard deliveries.
  • Non-Standard Areas: Deliveries to remote areas, special access locations, or destinations outside the Lower 48 may require additional logistics charges. If any such charge applies, it will be disclosed before order confirmation.

4. When You Are Charged

  • Credit Card & PayPal: Your payment method will be authorized and charged immediately upon successful completion of the checkout process. This allows us to secure your inventory and begin the 1–3 day quality inspection and scheduling process.

5. Order Confirmation

Immediately after your payment is processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your receipt and order number. Please keep this for your records as we coordinate the delivery of your unit.
