- Structural Integrity: Corner castings, cross-members, frame components, and major structural areas are inspected for significant damage or deformation.
- Door Functionality: Hinges, locking rods, handles, and door seals are checked to ensure smooth operation and secure closure.
- Floor Quality: The container flooring is inspected for structural integrity, excessive wear, moisture damage, and overall condition. Flooring specifications may vary by container model and manufacturer.
- Weather Protection: Interior and exterior areas are visually inspected, including a light test where appropriate, to identify holes or openings that could compromise Wind & Watertight (WWT) performance.
- Condition & Cosmetic Grading: Each unit is accurately represented according to its condition and designated grade, including distinctions between One-Trip, Cargo Worthy, and other available conditions.

Our Quality Assurance Process
Every container in our inventory undergoes a manual quality inspection before being cleared for delivery. We don’t simply sell shipping containers—we verify the condition and functionality of each unit so customers can purchase with confidence.
- Wind & Watertight (WWT): Used containers are carefully inspected for holes, openings, and potential sources of water intrusion. Where appropriate, we perform a light test to help identify areas where exterior light may penetrate the container.
- Precision Floor Inspection: Container flooring is examined for structural integrity, excessive wear, moisture damage, and other conditions that could affect normal use. Flooring specifications may vary by container model and manufacturer.
- Door & Seal Verification: Locking rods, hinges, handles, and rubber gaskets are inspected and tested to ensure smooth operation and secure closure. Hardware may be lubricated as needed.
- Transparent Condition Grading: We clearly distinguish between One-Trip (New), Cargo Worthy (CW), Wind & Watertight (WWT), and other available conditions, allowing customers to understand exactly what they are purchasing.
- Transparent Delivery Pricing: For eligible orders, standard transportation, delivery, and professional off-loading are included in the quoted price. Any non-standard logistics requirements or additional charges are disclosed in advance—no unexpected delivery invoices after dispatch.
